On Friday 22 November, we welcomed our Directors, Local Academy Board Members, Governors and Principals to the Historic Dockyards in Chatham for our Annual Governance Conference.
Led by the Trust Chief Executive, Owen McColgan, the meeting covered a wide range of topics from Education Updates and Ofsted to Safeguarding and community engagement.
A Local Academy Board Member said "It feels like the Trust is going from strength to strength and provides excellent support to its schools."
The Principal of Abbey School Faversham felt the day was "Well thought through and even more purposeful than last year." - Dr Rowland Speller
Staff governor at the Waterfront UTC felt the day was "Very informative, interesting and engaging." - Tracey Kington
We wish to thank everyone who came for their time and contributions to the meeting. It is wonderful to have you help us create a culture of 'dignity, inclusivity, respect and ambition', as well as keeping us on track with our strategic direction across all our schools so that all pupils and staff can thrive and be the best they can be.
Thank you also to Historic Dockyard Chatham for the wonderful food and venue.
