We were delighted to be asked to be part of a round-table discussion at Canterbury Christ Church University, supporting PGCE students as they prepare for their first teaching roles.

Our theme was "Thriving as a Teacher in a Supportive School Culture".

It was inspiring to connect with so many passionate future educators, share insights, and discuss the importance of a strong support network in schools. We also had the opportunity to introduce them to the career paths within our trust, and we’re excited to see where their teaching journeys take them.
