At The Howard Academy Trust, we are committed to providing our students with exceptional opportunities to grow and excel. We are delighted to share that choirs from Deanwood, Miers Court, and Temple Mill Primary Schools will be coming together to perform alongside internationally renowned pianist and Steinway Artist, Dominic Ferris, at the first-ever Rainham Piano Festival.

Venue: St Margaret's Church, Rainham
Dominic Ferris, celebrated for his collaborations with artists like Barry Manilow and Dame Shirley Bassey, will present a diverse program featuring works from George Gershwin to Elton John.
The choir, made up from pupils from each primary school, will join together and accompany him on stage to perform a special Sherman Brothers medley, which includes well-loved songs from Mary Poppins and The Jungle Book, along with some well-known Rodgers & Hammerstein.
This event offers our students a platform to not only experience the magic of performing live alongside a world-class musician but also share their passion for music with their community.
This collaboration underscores our dedication to enriching our students' educational journeys through the arts. We encourage our community to attend and support our young performers in this remarkable event.
