Ang qualified to teach in 1993 after having gained a BA(Hons) in Fine Art. She has ‘Excellent Teacher’ status and has held many Senior Leadership roles in secondary schools including leading Quality of Education for numerous years. Ang is now a member of the Senior Leadership Team at The Howard Academy Trust.

With considerable experience of leading Quality of Education and School Improvement within individual schools and across a Multi Academy Trust setting, Ang has also worked in an advisory capacity across the South East. She has worked extensively with Heads and Leadership teams in both primary and secondary settings to develop their strategic planning and school improvement approach.  

Ang currently leads on School Improvement and the Quality of Education strategy for The Howard Academy Trust. She is committed to developing teachers and leaders to be able to deliver and quality assure a High Quality Inclusive Education. Ang has significant impact and a sustained track record of rapid School Improvement and supporting schools to gain Good and Outstanding Ofsted ratings, most recently supporting a University Technical College from Inadequate to Good.
