Hurstmere School is seeking to appoint a member of staff to join our Business Studies department. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, talented, and passionate Teacher of Business to start from January 2025 or sooner.
The opportunity for personal development and progression at Hurstmere is key to our success. This is a full time, permanent role paid on STPC Outer London Main Teachers Pay Range or Unqualified Pay Range dependant on experience.
The school is offering a recruitment incentive of £5k. This is split into the following payments - £2.5k subject to the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period, and a further £2.5k to be paid in January 2026 as a retention incentive. This is subject to the successful candidate remaining at the school for at least that next year.
This post would suit an experienced or Early Career Teacher with good prospects for career development.
