Hurstmere School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Behaviour Support Officer, to start from January 2025. This position is to support the school’s behaviour strategy as part of the wider Behaviour Support Team. The successful candidate will join a supportive, forward-looking school, which places teaching and learning at the heart of everything we do.
Applicants must be a dedicated and inspiring individual who will make a real difference to our pupils. Helping them achieve their potential targets and becoming the ‘best that they can be’.
This is a full time (32.5 hours per week), permanent role, Term Time Only + 1 week, paid based on the Bexley NJC pay scale Point 7.1-7.4 (FTE £31,524 - £32,931 – actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis - actual per annum £23,816.59 - £24,879.59).
